Role Description

You shape the game from first concept to final launch. In a lean team like ours, you make quick calls and move fast. You work alongside math, producers, artists and developers to build games that inspire. Bring your experience and ideas, push early concepts, and load them with features players want to play.

Responsibilities

• Design core gameplay, features, and player flow across multiple games.
• Work with our Math team to ensure the games are perfectly balanced.
• Create and refine game concepts, mechanics, and UX with the wider team.
• Working with the Producer to create clear design docs, wireframes, and feature specs.
• Collaborate daily with art, math, and engineering to implement designs.
• Balance player experience with performance, compliance, and market needs.
• Iterate using playtests, data, and feedback to improve engagement.
• Support creative direction and translate ideas into practical design tasks.
• Help guide delivery across multiple markets and integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in game design, game development, or a similar role.
• Proven record of shipping successful games with strong KPI metrics.
• Strong grasp of gameplay systems, UX, and player motivation.
• Experience writing clear design documentation and specs.
• Confident working with cross-discipline teams in fast cycles.
• Ability to balance creativity with timelines and technical limits.
• Math or Art background is a plus.
